# SynHire

> Recruitment and applicant tracking (ATS) software for recruitment agencies and in-house hiring teams in Iraq, in Arabic and English (synhire.app, by Synord IQ). Every company gets its own careers site at <name>.synhire.app, jobs with configurable screening questions, a candidate pipeline, interviews with feedback, a talent pool, and - for agencies - a portal where client companies send hiring requests and approve or decline candidates. ## Pricing

- One recruiter: 25,000 IQD a month.
- Each extra recruiter: + 15,000 IQD a month, up to 4 recruiters.
- Yearly: pay 10 months, get 12.
- Only recruiters count. Coordinators and interviewers are free and unlimited.
- Five or more recruiters: price by agreement (WhatsApp +964 773 891 4288).
- Every feature is in every plan.
- The first month is free for every company that registers; paying online (through Wayl) or by transfer continues the subscription.

## What it does

- Careers site per company at <name>.synhire.app with its own name, logo and colour, in Arabic and English: open jobs with search, a job page, an apply form with CV upload (PDF or Word), and a private link for each candidate to follow their application. Job pages carry schema.org JobPosting data.
- Jobs: title, department, location, type, workplace, experience level, positions, salary range (shown or hidden), description, requirements, benefits, closing date; draft, published, paused or closed.
- Screening questions on the apply form: yes/no, number, choice or text. A question can have a required answer (or, for a number, a minimum). An applicant whose answer does not meet it is flagged "knocked out" for the recruiter. The application still arrives: SynHire does not reject, rank or decide on candidates; people do.
- Pipeline per job: new, screening, shortlisted, sent to client, interview, offer, hired, not selected. A board and a list view, 1-5 star ratings, notes, and a timeline of every move.
- Interviews: phone, video or in person, with an interviewer and optionally the client; the interviewer records a recommendation, a score and written feedback.
- Talent pool: one profile per candidate (by email) across all jobs, with CV, tags, notes and every application; searchable.
- Agencies: client companies, sign-ins for people at each client, and a client portal on the agency's careers site where clients send hiring requests, follow them, see the candidates put forward to them, download their CVs, and approve or decline them with a reason. An agency turns a request into a job in one step.
- Roles: owner/admin, recruiter, coordinator, interviewer.
